Where Click & Collect or another collection service is offered, collection instructions will be provided after your order is ready.
9. Returns, Faults and Warranties
Returns, exchanges, faulty products and warranty claims are subject to our applicable Returns or Refund Policy and New Zealand law.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, consumers may be entitled to remedies where goods do not meet statutory guarantees, including where goods are faulty, not of acceptable quality, do not match their description, or are not fit for a purpose made known to us.
